Creating content that attracts Gen Z talent ✨ The Royal Air Force
Employers spend a lot of time, effort and budget trying to grab the attention of Gen Z talent. Video, social media, events...there are lots of opportunities to get in front of them - more opportunities than there have ever been.
So how do you make sure you're creating content that cuts through all of the noise?
For the Royal Air Force, their answer came in the form of careers advice.
The organisation is full of people who have experience, stories and advice to share. So, instead of just promoting the exciting career opportunities available, they captured and curated the knowledge of their people into a project called Find Your Force. This is an audio and video format content programme that is all about how the RAF can help Gen Z find their force, their career potential.
And Series 3 was all about sport - boxers, swimmer, rugby players, footballers, skiers, snowboarders and gamers...they all took time out to talk about how sport has helped them discover their career potential.
